Having been so devastated myself by cancer this year, doing the Terry Fox Run won't just be an effort in Canadianizing the Fayyads. What has been just a fun fall event on a beautiful autumn day, this year has extra signifigance as we remember what a devastating and unstoppable disease this can be. We'll be in Central park on October 8th thinking of Lynette and wishing there had been treatment and answers to her cancer.
